Hotel Renovations

Phase 1 of the project involved interior renovations of 180 suites within the hotel including re-piping of the domestic water system. Scope included the partial demolition and re-modelling of existing rooms, with installation of new flooring, upgrading room control features and major renovations to the bathrooms and kitchenette areas. The second phase of the project included a complete renovation of the hotel spa which includes new tiles for the spa common areas, hot tub and washrooms. The current steam room was converted to an infrared sauna. New ice machines, along with renovations to the ice machine lobbies from the third to twelfth floor. The lobbies received an updated electrical distribution from a sub-panel, along with new walls tiles, luxury vinyl flooring, millwork surrounds, updated lighting and paint.
