Construction of an three-story wood-frame condominium with an underground parking structure. Jacob Bros functioned as both Owner’s Project Manager and General Contractor to manage the design and construction of this 14 unit executive condominium on Capilano Road in North Vancouver. Framed by the picturesque North Shore mountains, this project is nestled in a heavily wooded area and faced challenging constraints of preserving large trees in close proximity to the underground parking structure. With a gross building area of 17,700ft2, this design-assist project involved unique suite layouts and consciously provided privacy to both the neighbouring houses and each strata unit.
