Demolition and Construction of a Multi-Storey Home

This custom wood-frame home required demolition of an existing single-storey structure. Prior to foundation construction, Jacob Bros raised the natural grade using retaining walls and imported fill. The new home was constructed complete with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, three fireplaces, and a three-car garage. Additionally, the scope included an outdoor pool with a separate pool room building. The property was extensively landscaped, which required constructing a site water management system, rain garden and rock pit.
